Prior to joining Atlanta English Institute (AEI) Jenny developed and led call and quality programs for Fortune 500 companies such as Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB), DIRECTV and Transdev North America. During her time at SSB, DIRECTV and Transdev she held a variety of positions, including Business Consultant, Spanish/English Quality Assurance Manager and Customer Service and Order Entry Manager. Additionally, Jenny as served as a Civil Law Attorney for the Supreme Court as well as Criminal Law Attorney for the Army in her native country of Colombia.

Jenny graduated with top honors from University Autonoma in Colombia earning both a Juris-Doctorate Degree and Master of Law.

As a previous international student, she easily connects with the new and existing students at AEI. She understands their needs and is able to offer relevant and experienced counseling to ensure student success. This, along with her 10 plus years experience in corporate America, her leadership experience as well as her fluency in both English and Spanish languages makes her an ideal asset to the institution.
